Serious about safety
Manufacturing printing inks and coatings means handling solvents, monomers, photoinitiators and pigments every day. Our business therefore requires safety to be central to every aspect of operations.
We have developed processes and procedures designed to ensure the safe storage, blending and packaging of products, to protect our employees, customers and suppliers and the environment, and to help keep the community around our Greater Noida site safe.
How we work
First, we respect and follow the applicable safety laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate, and aim to go beyond the minimum legal requirement as we sharpen our compliance.
Second, we work toward the highest industry standards and engage with industry associations so that new standards benefit every stakeholder in the supply chain.
Third, we motivate continual improvement from our own people, because the person doing the job is the person who sees the hazard first.
Product safety
Safety does not stop at the factory gate. Our formulations are assessed against the EuPIA Charter on raw material selection and exclusion, our UV ranges are free of TPO, and our coatings are free of ITX, heavy metals and toluene.
For food packaging, our low-migration grades are built on cross-linkable polymeric photoinitiators, and independent migration testing to Regulation (EU) 10/2011 protocols confirms specific migration below 10 µg/kg at the recommended ink load and cure.
