Medical and Pharmaceutical
Medical and pharmaceutical printing carries two separate burdens: what the ink is made of, and what happens to it afterwards. UniPad-11MD is medical grade with Class VI certification, classified non-toxic and formulated with pigments free from heavy metals, with resistance to alcohol, acids and alkali on metals and hard plastics.
On the label side, UniFine HD is suitable for ethylene oxide gas sterilisation of the print, and UniCure FP carries the low-migration chemistry needed where the label sits on a primary pack. Every formulation is assessed against the EuPIA Charter, and our UV ranges are free of TPO following its reclassification as reprotoxic category 1B under CLP in 2025.
