Safety is our number one priority. When it comes to workplace security, one single accident is one too many. Our declared targets is a zero accident policy, to protect the safety and security of our employees.

To make sure that all of our employees return home safe and unharmed each and every single day, we will continue the strict application of our Life Saving Rules and further enhancing our Safety Culture and Safety Leadership.

To cement that commitment, we introduced a new DEI program, One dignity which aims to build an open, just and equitable work environment where all our employees feel valued and respected, and are free to grow, prosper and thrive.

Our goal of reaching a completely gender balanced organisation by 2030 is just one visible part of the iceberg; our ambition is to go beyond. We envision a company where we foster inclusion and equity, and embrace diversity so that each of our employees can bring their whole self to work. Extending maternity and paternity leave

As one of our key measures to strengthen gender equality, we have broadened our Uniform Industries cares benefits program .We adapted our common policy of 6 weeks maternity leave and amended it to one week paternity leave for co-parents employed by the company regardless of gender, by 2023.
