Safety, inclusion and wellbeing
Safety is our number one priority. When it comes to workplace safety, a single accident is one too many. Our declared target is a zero-accident workplace, protecting the health and security of every employee on every shift.
To make certain that all of our people return home safe and unharmed each day, we rigorously apply our life-saving rules and continuously strengthen our safety culture and safety leadership, from the laboratory bench to the production floor to the loading bay. Safety here is not a programme; it is a habit practised by everyone, led from the top and owned by all.
