Overview

UNIPAD-20HR series

UniPad-20HR can be used for products subject to high mechanical stress and the effects of hand perspiration or cleaning agents. These are high-gloss, easy-to-process, high-resistance one- or two-component pad printing inks.

They adhere to a wide range of substrates including ABS, SAN, acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, paper, corrugated board, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester foil, polyethylene, pre-treated polypropylene, soft and hard PVC, wood and polyurethane. As a two-component ink the series offers exceptional abrasion resistance and an extended pot life of 8–9 hours, and works best where opacity and gloss are at a premium.

The ink does not contain harmful chemicals found on the restricted substance lists of leading brands.
