Water-based ink for narrow-web labels
UniFine HD is a high-strength, mid-viscosity narrow-web label flexo ink. The FL version is suitable for printing on plastic substrates, and the range is suitable for UV flexo combination printing and for water-based, solvent-based and UV-curable overprint varnishes.
It gives high resistance against the packed product and good alcohol resistance under a UV or water-based OPV, and is suitable for EO gas sterilisation of the print. The full colour range is available including metallics, with PMS colour matching supported by software, and the inks are suitable for hot stamping.
