Flexo Inks for Hot Beverage Cups.
- It is special ink systems suitable for variety of coated and uncoated papers and board.
- Inks are designed for low heat exchange, suitable for Hot Beverage cups.
- It is particularly suited to provide a print surface with a high co-efficient of friction for the fabrication of hot beverages.
- Full colour range is available in high purity pigments and special colour can be provided, as per requirements.
- Low slip (high co-efficient of friction). CoF is dependent on the type and quality of substrate printed on.
- Good rub resistance. Rub resistance on coated board can be enhanced by applying UniCoat OPV 301.
- Good printability for halftone as well as solid printing.
- Used only compliant raw material and pigment in this ink system.
- Low foaming ink, suitable for high speed printing.
- Designed with high heat resistance and hot resistance.
