UniPad-20 HR can be used for products subject to high mechanical stress and the effects of hand perspiration or cleaning agents. These are high-gloss, easy-to-process, high Resist , 1- or 2-component pad printing inks. Adhere to a wide range of substrates such as ABS, SAN, acrylic, cellulose acetate butyrate, paper, corrugated board, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyester foil, polyethylene, polypropylene (pre-treated), soft & hard PVC, wood, and polyurethane. As a two-component ink, 20HG series offers exceptional abrasion resistance and extended pot life of 8-9 hours. UniPad 20HG Series adheres to a wide range of products and is ideal for both pad printing and screen printing. This Series pad printing ink works best on substrates where opacity and gloss are a premium.
