Screen printing lays the heaviest ink film of any process, which is what makes raised, textured and high-opacity effects possible. Our specialty range covers the effects that a standard process set cannot reach, across screen, pad and flexo application.

Mirror Silver
UFSC 02 SL, a high-quality mirror silver for PET-G and polycarbonate stickers.
Opaque Whites
Surface-treated rutile TiO₂ at loadings giving one-hit opacity from a 4 BCM anilox on clear film.
High-Density Black
Light-blocking, dead-front and legend blacks with excellent curing at high GSM, for overlays, stickers and device labels.
Thermochromic
Reversible microcapsule inks that change colour at 8, 15, 25 or 40 °C, used to indicate drink temperature and cold-chain status.
Glitter and Tactile
Raised crystal, haptic sand and bubble textures built from particle size and film weight.
Security
Covert taggants, up-converting phosphors readable under 980 nm infra-red, and machine-readable spectral signatures.
