Overview
In-line coating from the offset unit
Applying UV coating through the offset inking unit, the duct or the dampener demands a high-viscosity, press-stable product. Our offset UV coatings are common products for board and metallised PET substrates.
They show excellent wettability, giving a mirror-finish glossy print, with excellent scuff resistance and slip properties and high flexibility for folding and creasing. Only TF-grade monomers are used, and the formulations are VOC free. Low-odour and low-migration versions are available.
