Twelve next-generation products and sixteen launched innovations — from NIR-sortable black and 40 % bio-based UV inks to low-migration LED systems for dairy lidding — now published on a new innovation hub.
Uniform Industries has published its 2026 innovation portfolio: twenty-eight inks and coatings developed around the three questions customers now ask of an ink — what is its carbon footprint, what happens to the pack at end of life, and what can the printed surface do. The portfolio includes UniSort Black, a carbon-free black that keeps dark packs in the NIR sorting stream; UniCure Bio 40, the company's first UV range built on more than 40 % bio-based carbon; UniCure Aqua-LED, a water-based flexo ink that cures under LED; and low-migration LED systems for in-mould labels and dairy lidding. Each product has its own page with the science, performance data and applications on the new innovation hub.
