Our screen inks are used across cosmetics, spirits, tableware, gaming and industrial markets. They are highly scratch resistant, resistant to hand and machine detergents, and resistant to chemicals and solvents including aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, greases and oils. One-pack and two-pack systems are available for coated and uncoated glass, with adjustable gloss level and drying time.

Technical background: printing on glass
Glass is the most unforgiving substrate in decoration. It is chemically inert, non-porous and carries a high-energy, hydroxyl-rich surface that bonds readily to water but not to organic resins. Traditional decoration relied on ceramic enamels fired at 550–620 °C — durable, but energy-intensive, colour-limited and historically dependent on lead- and cadmium-bearing frits.
Modern organic screen inks reach dishwasher, scratch and chemical resistance through three mechanisms: covalent bonding to the surface with organofunctional silanes, control of cure shrinkage so that film stress does not build at the interface, and exclusion of water from that interface. Our glass screen-ink system applies all three for bottles, tableware, cosmetics glass and architectural panels.
