UV Flexo inks for printing on shrink-sleeve films

Performance and Application Data:
- Suitable for treated PVC, PET-G, and OPS shrink films.
- Substrates must be pre-tested to ensure ink.
- Viscosity Range: 500 – 2000+ cps @ 25°C
- Inks are pumpable (peristaltic pumps recommended).
Typical Anilox Recommendations:
- Process: 800 – 1200 lpi/1.5 – 2.5 bcm
- Spot colors: 360 – 800 lpi/3 – 5 bcm
- Opaque white: 280 – 600 lpi/2.1 – 6.1 bcm
