UniCure LED
Range of UV Flexo LED Inks
- Specifically formulated for use with 16W/cm2 UV LED curing lamps (with an output wavelength of 395nm), or conventional Hg UV lamps.
- Cures at web speeds in excess of 500 fpm (152m/min) when exposed to a 16W/cm2 UV LED curing lamp, with an output wavelength of 395nm.
- Separate ink system if available for 365 nm wavelength UV LED lamps as well.
Application guide
Suitable for printing on pressure sensitive vinyl, top coated and print treated polyester, BOPP films, polyethylene, polystyrene, coated paper & board, PETG, PVC shrink, direct thermal.
End Use: Tag, Label and Packaging applications.
Printing Remark:
- UV LED Inks can be affected by stray UV light in and around a printing facility.
- Be aware of skylight, windows and overhead lights curing the ink.
- UV Light filters are recommended.
