Screen-applied UV coatings
Screen application lays down the heaviest UV coating film of any process, which is what makes raised, textured and tactile effects possible. Our screen coatings are formulated for high clarity and excellent wettability, giving a mirror-finish glossy print with excellent lay and a bubble-free surface.
They cure through the full film thickness, stay flexible, and give good scratch resistance. Only TF-grade monomers are used, and the formulations are VOC free. A full range of special-effect coatings is available.
