Overview
For CI flexo and gravure
Solvent-based inks remain the workhorse of flexible packaging because toluene-free ester and alcohol blends dry fast, wet polyolefin films and give the resolubility that gravure’s open cells and CI flexo’s enclosed chambers need.
We supply surface-print and lamination grades for central-impression flexo and rotogravure on corona-treated PE, BOPP and PET, and on paper and metallised structures. All grades are toluene free, and raw materials are selected against the EuPIA Charter.
Grades in this series
Surface Print
For printed film that is not laminated. Gloss, slip and scuff resistance on the outer surface.
Lamination
Formulated for bond strength through solventless and solvent lamination, with no ink-side failure.
Paper and Metallised
For paper, metallised paper and metallised film structures.
Toluene Free
Ester and alcohol blends only, with no toluene in any grade.
